What is your shipping policy?
FREE SHIPPING on all orders $99.95 and over in the continental US. Every US Continental order under $99.95 will only be charged $6.95. All Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders will be charged a flat shipping and handling fee of $15.95. All orders to Canada will be charged a flat rate fee of $29.95, however, oversized or overweight shipments are subject to additional shipping fees. We are not doing international orders at this time.
Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?
All parts listed on this site are aftermarket parts unless otherwise noted.
We proudly sell Oregon Outdoor Equipment parts. In the event an Oregon part is unavailable, we will substitute a part of equal quality.

If we are helping another customer and are unable to answer the phone please leave a detailed message with a correct phone number and we will get back with you within 24 hours. After hours, you may also leave a message on Live Chat. During business hours our average response time is within 2 hours. What is your return policy?
Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your merchandise. There will be a 15% return fee. Shipping will not be refunded if a mistake was made by the customer. There will be no returns after 30 days. Electronic parts that have been plugged in may not be returned. Only new parts in the original packaging can be returned.

How do I use your shopping cart?
To use our shopping cart, simply click “Add to Cart” for any of the products you wish to purchase. When you’re ready to check out, click the “Shopping Cart” link then “Check Out”, or the “Check Out” link to proceed. Enter your billing and shipping information, then submit your order. That’s it!
What is the order processing & shipping information?
Discount Online Parts ships UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise noted. For an additional charge, we can ship second day air, or next day air. You will be e-mailed once your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. Average shipping is within 24 hours. Average delivery time is 2-4 days.
Is there sales tax?
There is no Sales Tax on orders outside of Tennessee. Orders within Tennessee will be charged a 9.50% sales tax.
