All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your merchandise. There will be a 15% return fee. Shipping will not be refunded if a mistake was made by the customer. There will be no returns after 30 days. Electronic parts may not be returned without manager approval. There will be a 10% fee for cancelled orders.
