Shipping
FREE shipping on all orders $199.95 and over in the continental US. Continental orders under that amount are charged a flat shipping fee. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico have a higher flat rate; Canada is flat-rate as well. We are not accepting international orders at this time.
Returns
All returns require an RMA before merchandise is sent back. There is a 15% return fee. Shipping is not refunded for customer mistakes. No returns after 30 days. Electronic parts may not be returned without manager approval. Cancelled orders incur a 10% fee.
